OPI - Miss Piggy's Big Number, Barry M - Retro Purple, Rainbow Honey - The Worst Possible Thing.

Hello!
This past week seems to have flown by but I haven't even been particularly busy. Weird.

Today I would like to show you a few polishes I've had for a while that I haven't tried yet. (And it's NOT Dollish Polish! Lol)

I'll start off with OPI - Miss Piggy's Big Number, which is from this years Muppet's Most Wanted collection.
It's a gorgeous shade of blue, not too light and not too dark, a nice mix of the two and with that, a wonderful sprinkle of shimmer!
I am a sucker for these types of blue, I don't know what it is but I am constantly drawn to them. It's not like it's my favourite colour because purple is but there's just something about it that I love.
For the picture, I used two coats, first was a little patchy and if you paint over the same spot too many times it will drag the polish. Second coat covers beautifully but it can leave brush marks so use a light hand. I also found that if you have any nicks or dents in your nails, this polish will show them up, so just be aware of that.
Drying time is ok, a nice average time. I used a topcoat to bring out those gorgeous shimmers and to help make the polish last longer.

On my accent nail I used, Barry M - Retro Purple. I bought this from a Facebook group as I was silly and passed up the opportunity of buying this when it was Barry M's 30th birthday a couple of years ago. They released 5 'Retro' style nail polishes and I only bought a red and a blue at the time. Since then I have discovered that they are one of the most easiest polishes to work with, the formula is flawless and you don't need to paint anymore that one coat if you get it right! Since then I have been on a mission to find and own the purple and pink that was also available at the time. I can finally cross the purple off my list so now all I am searching for is the pink!
As I mentioned above, this polish's formula is perfection, I only needed one coat, it was like butter to apply and dry time was great. :D

And as you know me, I couldn't just leave it there! I HAD to add some glitter! I have been wanting to wear Rainbow Honey - The Worst Possible thing for ages and now was finally the time!! It's such a sparkly polish, full of small holographic glitters with small blue and lilac hexes and larger lilac hexes. I only needed one coat and dry time for this was good. :) I love looking at this in the sun as it is just sooooo pretty!

I hope you liked this post and I'll speak soon!
Take care. x
