Hello!
I had no idea that it has been that long since I last posted! Sorry about that! I have bought and wrapped all my christmas presents though! :)
Today I'd like to show you a new(ish) polish from Barry M. It was released back in September for A/W and was a new addition to their 'Silk' range.
This colour is right up my alley! A gorgeous Purple, that dries to a 'Silk' (semi-matte) finish, which does help to see if the polish is dry!
You can see a little from my photos that the purple has a slight shimmer to it.
It would show better if you added a top coat. I didn't as I wanted to show you how they look in their natural state.
I painted two coats for my pictures and the dry time was average.
I found that this chipped a little on my thumbs and index fingers quicker than my other nails, but I did expect a little chipping as you aren't meant to wear a top coat.
I think this is a lovely jewel tone for the christmas period, along with the other two colours that Barry M released with this polish.
On my accent nail I added George (Asda) Ruby Slippers. It's a red glitter topper of all different shaped hexes. It is unavailable now as it was limited edition but it's not exactly unique, I'm sure you'll find something extremely similar to this from another brand.
I thought application was fine, I used one coat and a quick dry top coat.
I really like this colour combination, it makes a change for me as I always pair purple with blue or pink.
I hope you are all well and I'll speak to you soon!
Take care xx

Dollish Polish - Sugar Plum Fairy.
Hello!
I have been getting well into the christmas spirit lately, at the weekend I saw our town's christmas lights being turned on and I am almost done with my christmas shopping! I hope you are all enjoying the festive season too!
Something not so festive on the blog for you today, Dollish Polish - Sugar Plum Fairy.
Dolly releases Limited Edition polishes every few months and most of the time I pass on them as they are not usually my cup of tea. Last November, Dolly released this polish and like a fool I passed on it for some absurd reason. Ever since, I have been dying to get my hands on it. A couple of weeks ago, I managed to grab it on a Facebook sale group!
Described on Dollys website as: A sugary crelly that is the palest of pinks with a hint of shimmer and LOADED with varying sizes dots, squares, and stars in shades of pinks, purples, greens, turquoise, white & silver. Personally I feel that this pulls more white on my skin tone than a pale pink but other than that I agree with this statement.
As you can see there are various glitters on each nail and I even managed to get a pink star on my index finger!
This polish has so much depth to it without being too complicated. The whole time I wore this I felt my nails were very 'clean' but with a touch of fun thanks to that beautiful glitter.
Both pictures show two coats of Sugar Plum Fairy and I did use Nail Pattern Boldness - Glitter Food to smooth out the glitters, then added my top coat.
I honestly didn't want to take this off. It is such a gorgeous and unique polish, definitely one of my favourites from Dolly.
I don't feel my pictures do this much justice but it was a miserable and dreary week when I wore this, so it was the best I could do I'm afraid. The polish has tiny little micro holo glitters that I couldn't capture for the life of me that I feel sets this apart from other multicoloured glitters.
Thank you for reading, I hope you enjoyed it!

Halloween Themed Nails.
Hello!
I had every intention to have this posted before Halloween, but my space key on my laptop has suddenly decided to stop working, I was hoping my dad could fix it in time but no luck, this is the first chance I've had to write and post since, so sorry about that!
I hope you all had a good Halloween, I had to work so I couldn't dress up or wear my nails like this on the actual day but I enjoyed wearing them when I did.
I wore two different designs as I love my Halloween polishes dearly but I never seem to get around to wearing them, so I made sure I wore as many as I could for the occasion!
The first polish I wore was Dollish Polish - Deadly Nightshade, over Barry M - Indigo.

Black Cat Laquer - Cosmic Cranberry
Hello!
I'm sorry I didn't post last week, I had major breaks in my nails and even though I did paint them, I wasn't happy with how they looked. They are still quite short but I can't do much about it. :(
When I got this polish, I knew I had to use it and show you asap! Unfortunately, you can't get this anymore as it was an exclusive to a special monthly subscription box called 'A Box, Indied' from Llarowe. I was lucky enough to get this from one of the Facebook groups last week.

Katy Perry Jewellery at Claire's.
Hello!
I hope you are ok, I am currently on a week off before I start my new job so I am just enjoying my free time and relaxing. :D
Today I would like to blog about something slightly different.
As you all know, I am a huge fan of Katy Perry and I am that person that knows what she's releasing and when, and I almost always HAVE to have it.

Barry M Pink Punch and Boots Limited Edition Silver Lights.
Hello!
I hope you are all well, I am having much better luck than I was a few weeks ago as I found out that I have a new job! I'm very excited and really looking forward to it. :)
Anyway, today I want to show you a few polishes that have been in my untrieds pile.
While everyone else is going mad and drooling over Barry M's latest Gellys for A/W, here I am only just getting around to wearing and showing you one from their Spring collection, with a Limited Edition polish from last Christmas!!
